Of course they have broken the law, but its not like we as law abiding, taxpaying citizens can do anything about it. Call your congressman? Good luck. They all want illegals in the country because it fills their already fat wallets. Rely on pres? Once again, fultile. He does more to encourage this crap that possibly anyone else. Build a wall? Like thats ever going to happen.

Yes they have broken that law..and if that were all, I would call it a misdemeanor, and would not disqualify them from seeking legal entry. However, other crimes are being committed..Forgery, Identity theft and others, clearly in the statutes of Felonies. These people have given us reason to suspect their motives. They should have more scrutiny and should not be given the same opportunity.

Yes, they have broken the law by entering illegally. Many have committed further crimes from violent to purchasing and using false documentation.
After a minimum of 3 years, perhaps, they should be able to reapply, but a rigorous background check should be conducted and any violation past the initial illegal entry should be grounds to deny. They should be constrained from sending more than 10% of their earnings back to their home nation and keep the money in the US where it belongs.

So every criminal in the US (american) who has stolen, raped, killed, committed fraud, etc, should never be allowed to go free, but to stay in jail/prison for the rest of their lives? Illegal immigrants committed less of a crime then they did, why only them? Think about it.

Yes, one of the things that was missing in the amnesty bill was not letting the next wave of illegals, that were waiting for the next amnesty, know that it was not going to happen for them This is how we can do it.
1. When illegals are apprehended, the first time they must sign a document that states that they will never be granted any type of amnesty of any sort, or any reason
2. The second time one year in a tent jail
3. The third time and each time after, One year in a tent jail for each time they are apprehended. For example three times caught, Three years in a tent jail

Wow such insight. Yes, first time should be a trip home, second jail, preferably a working prison that produces something that gives back to the economy they stole from.

ha if they get them... even if they do kick them out they will find a way to get across... even with that huge wall they are making... those that want them to do time for what? its not like they have been doing something criminial..and put them in jail would cost too much they are overfilled already.
