Use your savings. Do odd jobs for your neighbors or people in your community like mowing lawns, painting houses and stuff like that. You'd be surprised at how quickly the money adds up. You could also tutor kids, ask their parents for anything else you could help them with.
Try to come up with the cash yourself.
If you have to borrow money, borrow from your parents or from relatives. Set a realistic date on when you will be able to pay them back though.
My rule is to never spend money you don't have.

While I was still in high school, long before I was old enough to get my license, I found summer jobs, and put away money. I also mowed lawns in the summer, and shoveled walks in the winter. On the week ends I was an usher at the local movie theatre, and after the movie was over I did the clean up work.
By the time I got my license, I paid cash for my first car.

Hi When I bought my first car I saved up for it myself as I was working full time. May be somebody could lend you the money interest free and then you could pay them back?
Good luck!

my parents gave me my first car when I was 18 or 19, can't remember. it was in 85 chevy cavalier. then after a year or so of driving it, i traded it in to buy my first brand new car. it was a chevy cavalier - but i can't remember what year it was. i obtained it by getting a loan, as i had a job to pay for the loan.

I mowed lawns and mucked stalls for a rancher. Cleaning stalls sucked, but paid a lot more.

I got mine the old fashioned way. I worked for it.
There is a saying and I forgot who said it, but he said, "We regard things too lightly, that we have gotten too easily." In other words, the things that are given to us, we won't take care of nearly as well as something we have had to work for.
