Try curling it, or pulling half of it back. You could also do a french twist.

Make a pony tail. Section it in 3 or 4 parts. Curl each section & pin each curl under to create a different kind of bun.
Loosely braid hair & twirl it into a loose, messy bun.
Upgrade a pony tail by concealing the elastic w/ a section of hair twisted around it & secure the section w/ a bobby pin. Or you can wear the pony tail low & add a thin head band.

This is the perfect question for me. I am always trying new styles, but I've never dyed my hair. If you want to add pizzaz to your do, add beads, charms or different clips. Claire's has a great selection, but Walmart has a stock and the basics, like rubber bands and scrunzies. Now I'm going to break this down in steps.
1.) Damp your hair or apply gel to selections of hair.
2.) Twist or braid little strands of hair about the size of the inside of the bead or charm.
3.) Slip or snap bead/charm though hair.
4.) Repeat steps 1-3 to add extra jazz to hair.
For clips:
1.) Brush though hair to extinguish tangles.
2.) Twist or braid hair.
Hint: If your hair tend to fall down or you have thick hair, secure hair with a hairband.
3.) Open clip and snap into section of hair desired.(You can put up half of the hair in the hairband or all of it.)
4.) For extra creativity arch hair in clip to the side or part hair to each side.

i think this hairstyle is very smart, sleek and sexy. it's practical and keeps your hair off your face but still looks really good.
also, try curling your hair for something different!
if it's already curly, then straighten it! (:
