bagel with a fried eggwhite & canadian bacon.
bran muffin and a side of fresh fruit.
oatmeal with bananas sliced over the top.

I alternate breakfasts. One day I put a whole banana, 5 frozen strawberries, nonfat milk and a tablespoon of flax oil in a blender, and that's it. Tastes great, and is so good for you. The next day I make flavored instant oatmeal (I like the apple cinnamon best) mixed with fresh blueberries. Keeps you full until lunch. Hope you like the suggestions, They work for me. Of course, on weekends, I splurge and have eggs or omelots or frittatas.....
