If they smell good they ARE good, just a little oxidized. Cook them as soon as possible. You can even make a Ribeye Salad from the cooked slices!

Ya they will be fine. The color is just a additive to make the look of the meat more appealing but it fades before the meat actually goes bad. If it is dated for today or tomorrow and has been properly refrigerated or frozen then it should be just fine.

If they do not smell off, they are probably OK, I also buy meat at The use by date and have Had no trouble with it.
I would suggest that you either cook it today, or if it has not been previously frozen, to freeze it.

Cook them tonight or tomorrow but no later. They're still fine. Thats just the meat oxidyzing. If its bad the memonet you unwrap them the smell will knock you over plus bad meat gets a thin film of slime on it.

Yes, they are still fine! The disocolration is just oxidation as the meat on that side has been exposed to oxygen. No big deal. They will taste great on the grill for the 4th!

They're fine. Cook 'em up today or tomorrow. Brown is OK, but not fuzzy green. (Seriously, I knew a store that sold green meat. People swore by it, just scrape it off and grill. ICK!)

they will be just fine, usually after they turn brown stores end up grinding them and adding them into the hamburger.. It's just the stores way of having to sell certain stuff by a certain date. they have regulations... You should be totally fine

They should be fine. Color seems to change with time, but a little discoloring is not a problem. Bon Appetite!
