Yes, bites and stings stimulate histamines that actually create the itch. Try either a topical or oral anti-histamine (Benadryl, for example) for some relief.

yes. itching is an allergic reaction your skin is having to it. mix water and baking soda and put it on the sting and let it dry. or callamine lotion to stop the itching. if it gets any worse than now, you should see a doctor.

first and formost,did you remove the stinger? yes,its normal,however,if its swollen and hot or you have trouble breathing you may be allergic to bee stings,should this happen see a doctor.
