That you are even asking such a question is an indication that you have been approached in some some type of advance fee scam.
No, nobody is offering you a high paying job for which you have no qualifications.
No, nobody is really going to assist you in getting a visa to Nigeria if you send them a certain amount of money.
No, you have not won a lottery, and no, no widowed wife of a former official is going to split millions of dollars/pounds/euros with you for helping her.
Even the Nigerian Immigration Service has a scam alert on their website:
