LOL most of my contacts are athiest and Pagans. I just think its kind of funny since as a Pagan I get accused of being athiest a lot.

I agree that there are really cool Christians. There are several on the site I think are great, Racheal K and father K among them.

Strange but very true considering we not only believe in God but LOTS of gods. Seems like us and atheists wouldn't really get along but we do! o.o

I get the same accusations. Most people have no idea what it is Pagans actually believe. We're accused of being Satan worshippers which is hilarious since Satan is a Judeo/Christian invention. I find that most atheists and agnostics are accepting of us because we are a non conversionist religion. We don't feel you have to believe what we believe so there is no reason to convert people. As long as you are a good person thats what really matters.

I honestly feel like pagans and atheists get along so well because we don't judge others. We don't feel the need to impose our beliefs on others. And I also fully agree that there are many cool Christians, in fact, my best friend is a christian. I just feel like pagans and atheists get along with everyone better because we are free. We aren't tied down by rules and guidelines, we can like who we like just becuase.

No second "a" in my name, being part of a good fundie family I was named after "Rachel" in the Bible. But thanks for not grouping me in with the rest of them!
I think atheists and Pagans get along on this board because they have something in common in that the fundamentalists think they're evil and going to Hell.

Yeah, I put a lot of pagans on my contact list. It's because you guys are so likable and friendly. Since the majority of Americans are Christians, society kind up lumps all non Christians into one group. Of course we are all unique just as all Christians are unique.

haha. yeah I've noticed that, it's the same way on my contacts list. Pagans seem to be more open minded and the atheists have a good sense of humor, they make me laugh. That being said I tend to like open-minded people with senses of humor, so it makes sense.

Yeah my contacts are pretty much the same but i will say that they're are some cool Christians on here too, lol, they do exist!!

I think mostly because we don't try to insist the Atheist are wrong. We know what it's like to be told we are wrong and don't do it to others. For the most part that is. I know some who do.
