you're fat because you hardly ever eat, believe it or not. your body is going into starvation mode and storing anything and everything that you eat as fat on your body. so as you can see, not eating is not the way to lose weight.

Well, I'm not sure how you know you're going to grow until you're 6'4". That's something I think is pretty hard to predict. If you're overweight and you don't eat much, it may be because you're not eating ENOUGH. If your body is constantly in starvation mode (typically from eating less than 1,200 calories a day, or going extended periods of time (3+ hours) without eating), then it's storing your food as fat rather than burning it up. Starvation mode slows your metabolism which in turn doesn't allow your body to burn calories at the rate it would if you ate more frequently. For a 20 year old (just putting an age out there), 5'8" 197lbs. woman, you need to consume 2,500 calories to MAINTAIN your weight. You only need to drop about 500 calories a day to lose 1 pound a week. So examine your diet and make sure you take in around 2,000 calories a day. Just changing that will help you lose weight. You may gain a few pounds initially, but once your body adjusts and realizes you're feeding it, it will speed up the metabolism and start burning calories again.

Walk it off, first day 20 to 30 mins, second day 30 to 45 mins, but be consistent and walk every day. If it's raining then climb stairs. Avoid white food - bread, mayo, butter, pasta and potatoes, especially chips.
Eat fish, fruit and veggies - all non fattening and drink lots of water. Do not starve or not eat, you store more fat calories that way.

Not eating sends your body a signal to store fat and burn muscle for energy. Better to eat at least 3 times/day.
Can't do much about your height which is more or less determined genetically.
