This is a very good question and there can be many views regarding what the central teaching of the Christian faith is.
Our Lord Jesus fullfilled the Will of the Father and took on the likeness of the flesh of sin in order to die for us to accomplish our full redemption. He Incarnated.. lived a perfect God-man life on the earth.... died.. resurrected... ascended...was enthroned.. and is now glorified at the Right hand of the Father to carry out HIs heavenly Shepherding and High Priestly Ministry.
The Central teaching I believe could be found in Romans 8:29
" Because those whom He foreknew.. He predestinated to be conformed to the IMAGE Of His Son... that He might be the firstborn among many brothers."
Our main reason for being CHristians is to Love the Lord with all our hearts soul strength and to give the Lord a way to confrom us to His Image.
By doing so we too will be those living CHrist... taking Christ as our way truth and life... we will be those carrying through this CENTRAL teaching and not being distracted from other things. If Christ is formed and revealed in us.. then we will not be those guessing but Those who live and live out CHrist. CHrist's Goal is to build up His CHurch which is His BOdy on the earth..but to do so.. we need to be transformed inwardly and conformed to His image...
This was the Father's thought from eternity past..

Galatians 4: 4-7
But when the fulness of the time was come,
.God sent forth His Son,
made of a woman,
made under the law,
To redeem them that were under the law,
that we might receive the adoption of sons.
And because ye are sons,
God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts,
crying, Abba Father.
Wherefore thou art no more a servant,
but a son; then an heir of God through Christ.
Everything else in the New Testament might just as well be "Commentary" on these verses

Carl, in my view, THE central teaching of Christianity (what distingushes it from most other religions) is the ultimate frailty and tragedy of the human condition. True Christians believe that our world is hopelessly evil and that any attempt to reach God on humanity's terms (good deeds, codes of conduct etc.) are simply not enough to fix it. Because of that central fact, God chose to come to us, since we couldn't come to Him. He came in the form of Jesus to offer God's salvation by grace alone. All we do is accept what He has already done, the love he already extends.
Probably one of the best Scriptures that describes this is in Paul's letter to the Phillipians 2 where he said that Jesus "who being in very nature God, did not think equality with God something to be grasped, but rather emptied himself, taking the form of servant, and became obedient to death, even death on a cross."
Most religions, even some Christians, lose sight of this central idea -- that humanity, grasping at God by giving money or praying x number of prayers a day, or eating only certain foods -- all of it is useless. The only way to reach God was for God to reach us. Now all we do is take His hand and have Him leads us where He wants us to go.

God is the same the day gone by, at present and perpetually, even if he's no longer a similar to absolutely everyone. you're a different introduction created in God's image and as such he bargains with each man or woman in diverse way. examine Ephesians the place it describes the physique of Christ, (paraphrasing) he says because you're an arm and not a leg does not recommend you're actually not a member of the physique of Christ yet in basic terms which you have a diverse function and as such carry out Christs teachings (mutually with sharing your faith with others) in a diverse way. you're actually not a foul Christian, you're an introverted Christian following God's coaching in a diverse way it relatively is eye-catching to him, additionally, it would desire to be pronounced of you which you do no longer act like a pharisee, consistently praying in public and making a huge practice yet somewhat want to desire in inner maximum so as that the left arm does not comprehend what the perfect arm is doing. to respond to your question is to declare in simple terms, you're ok and that i'm ok because of the fact we are the two serving God in a fashion that we expect of is eye-catching to him. might God Bless and shop You and Yours consistently.

Galatians 5:22-23 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control; against such things there is no law."
It was never supposed to be about 'congregational or denominational laws'; but a relationship with, in, and through G-d. Which radiates all the above mentioned attributes to our fellow Earthlings :)

The kingdom of God............Even Jesus preached it and teach it......Luke 8:1......Shortly afterwards he went journeying from city to city and from village to village, preaching and declaring the good news of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with him,
Jesus gave the command for all His followers to preach and teach this most important message.....Matthew 24:14...And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.

Very easy:
Jhn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Jhn 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Rom 3:25 Whom God hath set forth [to be] a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
