Please be more specific:

What is the voice in your head saying?

There's a difference between inner-dialogue and "hearing voices."

You are the expert on you; you say you're hearing voices when you think, then OK. What about when you're unfocused (i.e. not concentrating on reading or problem-solving)?

I presume this is disruptive to your life. Do you have anyone you can confide in? You're gonna need to explore this further than Yahoo Answers. Good luck. Be careful, OK?

Most of us do -- we tend to think aloud in there, so we can formulate thoughts more clearly. As long as they aren't a LOT of different voices telling you to do bad things, you should not have a problem.
