You are absolutley right. How many 5' 11" or 6 feet tall women weighing about 115 lbs. do you know? I would like to see a fashion show with no one over 5'10" and not weighing less than 120 lbs m y best friend would like them to not weigh less than 160 lbs. Short, medium or tall, overweight or to thin we are all talented.

Modeling isn't about talent; it's about looks! A tall model can wear any style of clothing and look good, this is not the same for shorter people, no matter how pretty or good their bodies are. Tall people can carry any fashion with grace, and that's what designers want.

You are no different than one of those models. Remember, models tend to be very thin as well so that also creates the illusion of height. Tall and thin might be the "ideal" for models but in reality you have to wonder how they feel also - they may also feel out of place being so tall, and also consider how potentially difficult it is when choosing men. I think, as a woman, it is hard to not compare ourselves with others, especially other "beautiful" women when there is beauty in all of us.

Why do models have to be in shape? Why do they have to be pretty? Why do they have to have all of their limbs?

Model - an example for imitation or emulation; a person or thing that serves as a pattern.

Models are the people with the most sought after body types. This doesn't mean that people with other body types are not attractive, desired, or otherwise talented.

Talent?

LOL it has nothing to do with talent, you walk down a runway or pose for pictures.

The runway models are tall so the clothes can be seen easily. Picture models have more options in their height.
