I was wrong in using the word traceable, I am not trying to hide anything.

If you made less than $5000 from work, no you don't have to file. If you made less than $400 from a business then no you don't have to file. But if the opposite is true for either than you do need to file. Even if you made money from selling drugs you need to file that. IRS publication 17 will give you a good start in waht you can and cannot do.

No traceable income or no income?
If you actually had income, you should have withheld it during the year. The only person you're really screwing over is yourself. How much you get if you become disabled or for Social Security (If it's still around at that point) will depend completely on how much you earned annually. Also, you have to complete so many hours of work to qualify. If you don't claim anything for taxes, you will never qualify.

Depends on how much you like jail or not. Tax evasion is a serious crime.

You are legally required to file if you have income that is legally taxable. You might be surprised what is traceable - and even if it's not, you'd still be breaking the law if you don't report it.

there is no filing for domestic income in the IRS code book . Anyone out there state the section and code from the IRS CODE? Simple get The IRS Code book and look for it .Its not in the book

Yes, you must file, regardless. It is tax evasion if you do not.
