I'm sorry but I found this question hilarious - an RTD? Ha! But to answer with scientific credence, yes, absolutely. Christianity has been transmitted to more poeple around the globe than any other current disease/religion. The memes are encoded with jesus cryptographs that can only be solved by going to church... But never solved completely, because the user would then lose interest in the myth of eternal salvation... [salvation from what, anyway?]

I had to laugh cause it seems true this whole god, religion and bible seems like a disease that robs people from respecting each others belief or sharing them in a civilized manner. The side affects are
believing it's your job to spread the "truth"
believe you are being persecuted because people challenge you
using phrases such as "it says so in the bible", "god did it"
using scriptures
have delusional like answers to everything
having a set of beliefs made for you from a book and a pixie daddy
sound like a happy mindless druid
and much more

in general yes, because it's nominally christianity.
christendom is actually false religion.
therefore ... a disease, transmitted by false religious leaders.
the Truth can be found in the Bible, but most religions don't teach what the Bible teaches. sad, but true.

You're confused, thinking Christ-ianity is X-ianity or Jesus-ianity (which are religiously transmitted dis-eases). God is NOT [the author] of confusion, but of peace. There is NO discomfort at all in "the God of all comfort". There is NO law at all in "the God of all grace". There is NO darkness at all in "that God is light(only)" = understanding only, which according to Solomon the wise guy is grace glory (only).
Global Salvation is not in Jesus: Saviour of Israel(Only).
Global Salvation is in Christ: Saviour of the "world".
Eternal Salvation is notably "through Jesus-->Christ".
What's in Jesus is saved + destroyed after (Jude 5);
Which is the same sh*t as what was in Moses' Seat.
Which (law/grace) things in the Bible are "allegory"
http://www.godshew.org/Allegory.htm
The GRACE(ONLY) of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

No. The only way to contract true Christianity is to surrender your will and accept the sacrifice of Jesus Christ in your place for your sins. You can't catch it from those around you or inherit it from your parents. It requires an act of the will.
There are, however, many who claim to be Christians who have just caught something without catching hold of it. The signs are that they don't practice what they preach, they don't exhibit the fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and self-control), they don't care about becoming more like Christ or about loving and serving those around them. They surround themselves with others like themselves and close themselves off to those who are lost and dying around them.
Jesus is the one who will sort it all out in the end and knows exactly those who are true followers and those who are just carrying around a virus and passing themselves off as believers.
