some ships you have to go to the laundry room to use them and they do provide them too, but you must remember the biggest treat on a ship is fire so the rules vary but are to protect the entire ship.

Disney Cruise Line specifically has an ironing board and iron in laundry room. The iron is hardwired into the wall and they specifically state it's a fire hazard....so that's why they limit it's use to just those laundry rooms.

Not in the rooms - but the steward can bring you one with a mini board or the laundry room is usually equipped with a full size board and iron.

Carnival does, but you cannot take them to you stateroom. You have to use it in the laundry room.
