Noxema is not bad for sunburn. You can also draw a bath and drop a bag of green tea in it, it cools down the skin and also prevents inflammation.

Aloe Vera is your best bet. I wouldn't go around trying different things because that could make your skin burn all the more.
Aloe Vera is naturally soothing and proven to work. Also, a trick I learned is to put the Aloe Vera in the fridge for a few hours before applying it. It feels nice and cool when you put it on and relieves the sunburn twice as much!

I'm sure it feels good on a sunburn, but I'd be a little concerned about what else is in that might irritate the skin.

I stick with some aloe that you can get from the sunscreen aisle at the store. It's got the same cooling effect, but it's designed specifically to ease your sunburn.

I never heard of Noxemia, but aloe vera works like a charm :D. Also, sit in a bathtub of luke warm water for a while, and apply cocoa butter or any type of lotion to make it heal. But....aloe is THE best. If you can get it from the actual plant, it's even better.

Take motrin or advil - it's got anti-inflammatory properties to help it not flare so badly.

Take a cool bath, you can use Noxema, but Aloe Vera gel (you can buy it at the pharmacy) feels even better - more so if you keep it in the fridge!
