i love to take pictures and sometimes they look good but are just boring and i want to know a good program to use [thats free] just to play around with them and mess with the coloring and stuff. and also do u know a program that has a color filter feature on it like some cameras do?? well if u have anything that will help me with the editing and playing with them...please leave an answer...and thanks to all who answer this question

oh and i already have that photoshop..and for some reason i dont really care for it all that much...im not sure why

Photoshop is the best but it's expensive.
