I want to say good night, and God bless you all. Do you drink a hot drink before you go to bed, becasue I find that relaxes me and a hot shower does to before I go to sleep. Anyway sisters and brothers God bless you all, good night all.

Hot shower does feel good and relaxing, but at my age, I'm not into drinking much of anything brfore bed.

It's middle of summer here and I'll be jumpin in a pool before bed to cool off. What a cool planet that we can have summer and winter, day and night all at the same time.
