I look for friends from English-speaking countries
But when I try to write them letters they don't answer (or write back) me
So the question is what’s the problem?

Viruses. Every time I even Go to a foreign website, I get attacked by computer viruses. When I actually write back to foreigners, my computer actually crashes and I've lost hard drives. If we knew it was safe, we'd talk to ya.
But... your English sounds perfect to me. Are you sure you need the practice, or are you just looking for different perspectives, from different people around the world?

We Americans just like vacationing in other countries, thats all. A few people we can call 'friends' when we name drop back home, and no hassles or stress. Not many people have time for pen pals, nor want them. The only reason someone would, is because you had something interesting to offer. Do you have anything interesting to offer? Any exciting news or fascinating cultural experiences???

That's a hard way to meet friends. Pen pals are 10 year old activities.
Go up to guys and girls at social arears and meet them there.
