Oh yeah, Sienna, they'll feel much more dignified if we pull out and let the terrorists take over. Those car bombs will help them raise their head in pride. Hiding their women's faces will give them a sense of accomplishment. Banning girls from education will make them feel smarter. Executing the less devout will give them the feel of togetherness.
Our operations in Iraq do not *produce* terrorists. They bring the terrorists to a central area to do battle.

When did Iraq have dignity? They have been fighting amongst themselves for thousands of years. The only time they stop is when they have a dictator like Saddam who kills millions of his own people to gain total control.
Oddly enough now that he is gone we are stuck babysitting these useless people until they grow up enough to get along. Judging by past history its not gonna happen without another evil dictator.

I'm sure the Soldiers and Marines and service people over there would much rather be home with their families and friends over this holiday having a steak and enjoying their American freedoms.
Instead they are doing what the Iraqi people and their neighbors refused to do for years and years after tolerating gassing, rape, sadistic murders and tortures.
Hmmmm and we are taking away their dignity?

America should immediately restore Iraq's dignity by walking out on them so that Iran, Al Qaeda, Taleiban, Hezbollah, The Clerics, Muttawas, Kurds, Shia's and Sunni's and other Arabs can get in.

"America" is not the pigheaded ones--if you polled the public, the vote would probably be at least 85 percent against it--remember our founding fathers CAME to America to be free of restraints made by the Queen of England----it's our politicians that believe it's ok to due what they are doing to Iraq--which is just a smoke screen for the grand wizard--we all know the real terrorists were from Saudi and well, if you're in bed with someone you can't exactly turn around and bomb them, now can you? You defer the blame to someone else......Iraq

How are we taking away the dignity of a nation when we are there protecting said nation so they can regain their dignity as a free people? Are you saying that it was better when whole races of people were being annihilated? I think you need a difference source for facts.

Because Iraq tends to use its "dignity" to try to make chemical and nuclear weapons, or would if they were free to do so. How many attacks by extremists to convince you that they are serious about harming us? Maybe you'd volunteer to have your city left unguarded?

What dignity, if they had any they would have stood up to Saddam when he was using them as human shields. Even now they would rather hide behind American soldiers then stand up for themselves and fight for a stable government.
