Depends on what you are cooking.
I boil for potato salad, 15 mins and for mashed potatoes, 25-30 mins.

It depends on the size of the potatoes and what you are using the potatoes for. Smaller potatoes may take 5-10 minutes while larger potatoes maye take more that 15 minutes. Mashed potatoes take about 20 minutes. You don't want it to be mushy or otherwise your mashed potatoes will become potato soup. It also depends on how high your water is boiling. You can use a fork to test out your potatoes if it goes through easily it's finished.

Until you can easily poke them with a fork; this will depend on the type of potato you are using, but somewhere in the ballpark of 5-10 minutes.

10-15 minutes or until you can stick a fork in potato. When potatoes are done put in colander, run under cold water to stop the cooking process.

It depends on the size or if you are cutting them into small chunks. If cut up about 7 to 10 minutes on a rolling boil.
