Many people on here have told you about medications, which I am sure will work. However if you don't have anything at home to use, exercise helps. Sounds dumb but walk or do some jumping jacks. That will get things moving.
Hope you feel better soon.

I have the same problem on a regular basis and have been in serious pain and bloated since last Thursday. A girl on here suggested Charcoal tablets but I haven't had time to get out and get any so cant say if they work. Activia yogarts work at reducing that bloated feeling and Gaviscon normally works for me too. Have a quick chat with your pharmacists and if there recommendation doesn't help go see your GP

Its easy, start drinking about 10 glasses of water a day, LOTS of fruits, especially for breakfast. Stop eating less then 4 hours before bed, and walk about 3 or 4 days a week.

My brother and grandfather always said that raw almonds and Dr Pepper worked great for upset stomach, gas, or heartburn.

I use gas x a lot. You can get it at the store. It comes in a pill form, or those little stips now too.
