You would probably lose about 10 or 15 pounds quickly, but you'd probably gain it all right back. Cutting calories that much lowers your metabolism. Focus on healthy eating habits: lots of fruit, veggies, and whole grains, with a little meat and low fat dairy. Drink plenty of water and green tea, and get 40 minutes of aerobic exercise daily. Add a little strength and toning and stretching 3 or 4 times a week and you'll be amazed at how well you tone up and trim down, and how great you'll feel!

I would say about 20 or so pounds.

However, 500 is not enough. You should be eating 1,000-2,000 daily. And make sure you exercise too. It may not be as quick, but it will definatly be healthier for you. Doing this for 3 weeks, I'd say you'd lose around 10-15 pounds tops. But aim to be healthy, not skinny.

dont listen to elizzbath. well, your net calorie loss would probably be 1500. if you spread those 500 calories throughout the day pretty well with 5 or six meals/snacks, it would be 1500X21 and that equals 31500

so thats about 9-10 pounds.

Very little as your body will go into starvation mode and make more fat than it does now. Go on a reasonable diet and you will lose weight faster than starving your self.
