Me personally? Neither. It sticks to my ribs. LOL.
Seriously, though it makes me sort of loose...but I have a lot of fibre in my diet anyway, so I don't notice a big difference.
I've heard it go both ways, though. Some people say it make them loose and others say it stops them up.

it makes you loose because its FULL of fiber.

im not sure actually, i dont think it contains that many calories though, so if imagine it would make you lose, not sure!
