Zoe's Granola with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. Two small toasted pices of french bread, or any bread, two pieces of really good irish cheddar, Hungarian salami and coffee. You definietly need to be sure to have protien for breakfast. This will help with the mid-morning hunger.
On the weekend, I like to make a nice nibble plate of cheeses, salami (or liverwurst) fresh bread, ffruits and two soft boiled eggs.

often won't be able to stand something for no less than an hour! while i ultimately do, it has a tendency to be cereal or toast with tea-occassionally i'm going to have boiled egg! Wild i comprehend!! If i'm out i like to have pancakes with maple syrup, however the occassion is uncommon!

Depends... sometimes I don't eat breakfast, I know, it's bad.
But I might have cereal with soya milk or toast.

generally, cereal, but it doesn't keep me full for very long; when i know i'll be busy for a while and won't get a chance to have a snack, i rely on eggs (scrambled or sunny side up with cheddar) to get me through the morning.
