You need to create multiple slides, one for the question, and one showing the right answer was picked, one for the wrong answer. Create something on the slide like an answer box, right click it and choose to make it a hyperlink. Then you have to choose the slide it should point to.

Create the question page and insert pictures or text boxes for each answer choice.

Create Powerpoint pages for "You're correct" and the "You're wrong." (These should be placed at the very end of the Powerpoint slide deck)

Right click on the image or text box for the answer choice and select Hyperlink.

Link to Place in this Document and select the appropriate slide that you want the answer to link to. Click OK and when someone clicks on an answer, it will take them to the appropriate page, whether they're right or wrong.

You'll have a hard time doing that. PowerPoint is designed to have a single track...in other words, you can't choose between one or another.

If you have dual monitors, you could put a "correct" slide up on the one screen and your questions and a "wrong" slide up after each one on the other screen. Show the second screen at all times unless they get an answer right. Then show the first screen long enough to scroll through to the next question on the second screen.

Good luck.

PowerPoint may help you build quizzes in your presentation, but it's very very difficult and complicated.

so it suggests that you employ quiz maker to create your quiz. There are many such software out there. most of them are easy to use, and you can make your quiz effortlessly with them. I have used Wondershare QuizCretor. It's a nice and powerful tool. I think it may help you out.
