This guy kept trying to get a family friend to set us up. Well I finally went out with him over the weekend. I figured well I can at least make a friend out of it. We talked alot and laughed most of the night. He said he had a great time. And then a few days later I hear that he was telling everyone the same thing but that we were not compatible. I don't get it and neither does anyone else that knows both of us.

He's not that into you. I don't get why Brad Pitt won't just dump Anjelina and get with me. I am sure there are some guys out there that don't get why you don't like them. It just happens that way sometimes, nothing wrong with you - you're just not "the one" for him.

You can have a good time with someone without begin compatible. He enjoyed your company and you two had a great time but obviously he felt no love connection. What is there to get, were you looking for more?

He may have enjoyed the night but that doesn't mean is really interested. He may consider you a great friend to hang out with. Or he could very well already be really into someone else.

All you have invested in this guy is one date. RELAX! Nothing "went wrong"! You went out, enjoyed yourselves, and had a great evening. Leave it at that. Opinions are like bellybuttons.....everyone has one. What ever his opinion is, it's just that, an opinion. Don't stress over it. If he's interested he'll show it eventually. You never know what tomorrow holds.

First of all it was one date, and if he is telling others it will not work it is because he wants something from you in the relationship that is not there or available... for example the hope of sex.. maybe he heard you say that you do not do that and he does.. so let it go.. You cannot coerce him to like you that way. If he doesn't thne fine .. move on, and find the right guy..

I wouldn't waste your time or energy trying to figure it out. Move on and move up. the only way to know why he thinks you weren't compatible is to ask him and he probably wouldnt know how to tell you the truth. There could be a lot of reasons.

Forget about him, obviously he felt that you and he were not able to make a relationship together. Maybe he has someone else in mind.

He already has a girl he's interested in, and it's not you.
