Yes, it is actually ok. I don't think anyone should feel bad for questioning. The reason that religious beliefs are questioned to begin with, is because of so many inconsistancies, contradictions, etc. that you find in them. Take for instance...the Bible...any version of it. Oh man, I'm gonna get so much crap for this...there are so many contradictions and inconsistancies in them and amongst them...and what is the Bible, really, but the "word of God" written by MAN. Not always the most reliable source. Things get misinterpreted or simply changed because it conflicted with what someone else wanted it to say.
I don't have anything against any other religions either, but we are talking about the same problems as with the Bible...inconsistencies and contradictions galore. However, people are free to believe what they want.
It bothers me that other religions have an obvious problem with Agnostics. It is not a "cop out" like most seem to believe. We believe that there is most definately a higher power, we just don't see it as a single entity or multiple entities, male or female..that is just something that religion likes to dictate, for one reason or another.
Basically, we most definately believe in a divine higher power...just not necessarily the ones in the fallable writings of man.

You need to start somewhere. I have no problem with you being agnostic while you search.

The term "gnosos" in Greek is "to know". The word "agnosos" means to "not know" or "unknowable". The term Agnostic refers to one who believes that there is a God, but that He is unknowable or beyond our being able to come into personal contact. This was the opposite of the "gnostics" of Paul's day who believed they had "secret knowledge" that no one else had. Agnostics claim either that it is not possible to have absolute or certain knowledge of God; or, alternatively, that while individual certainty may be possible, they personally have no knowledge.

Jesus prayed to God for those who would believe in Him the following in John 17:3, "This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent."

Based on this truth straight from Jesus Himself, you can move from agnostic to intelligent believer. But what of evidence for belief? Most agnostics I have met are those who want to believe, but feel it disingenuous to do so on face value--without due evidence. I find they lack the tools to explore the evidence. If one is willing to take a glance into the eternal, I provide the tools to do so within the following blog link. - God speed.

Of course it's okay. After all, we might as well all be agnostic since you can't prove anything wrong or right when it comes to religion.

It's perfectly reasonable to say "I don't know if there is or isn't a god." But the religions of this world are so transparently ridiculous that it wouldn't be reasonable to think any of them might be true.

Yes! I am Pagan-Agnostic. I see the divine in the natural world, but I also realize that we do not, nor will we EVER know what the divine IS.

Its completely fine!

May you be enlightened on your path.

Either you believe in super-naturalism or you don't.
Scratch an agnostic, find a Christian.

Of course it's okay. You're staying open-minded. Besides, it doesn't matter if other people think it's okay. Whatever floats your boat.
