let your parents in on the delimma so it doesn't cause a family squabble and convince them that it's obvious he's going to do it and therefore it's better if he does it with family to protect him. once, as long as you all set the boundries for him loud and clear.
my son did the same thing.
my daughter was drinking at her friends' house long before I ever knew it. She just turned 18 and I'm so relieved not to have to be held responsible for her actions anymore!
it's not fun to find out this stuff is going on behind your back. They will be much better off as a family; keeping this stuff out in the open.

The average person starts drinking at about 13 nowadays (For real I watched a thing on CNN about it). I am not saying that you should contribute to the delinquincy of minors, but know that he came to you, and that he will find another unsafe place to get it, if you dont help him, BUT.... Its still not right. Just tell him, If you are going to drink, PLEASE be careful, and dont drive, and also let him know that what he is asking you, could possibly get YOU in trouble. Good luck.

He is to young to be drinking and you shouldn't contribute to this need of him drinking. Explain to him the price he will have to pay if he mishandles his drinking. If he insist on drinking at his age, he would have to do it somewhere else. Keep letting him know you don't approve of this and stick to your guns. You are the older one, don't you be talk into something you maybe sorry for later. Just say NO.

i would let him know that ita a 2 beer limit ,that he stays there and that will be the only time it will happen.that it will be only him,no friends.then give him all the reasons he should wait.that if hes caught even at someones house that the oldest person there is arrested, will have a police record and he(your brother) will go on probation.if he thinks its still ok to go party, then he knows thechances hell be taking with his future.

Be glad that he came to you and did not do it while out riding or driving around. Get him drunk enough to where he vomits and has a hangover, maybe that will stop him from drinking again.

Tell him that its not a good idea, and you wont let him. Tell him, if he stays alcholhol free, than you will take him out for drinks on his 21st. Give him inspiration to not crack any open.
