They come into town. I have family that live 30 minutes from me, which is my home town. My brothers live in texas which I never see and hardly talk to but everything is cool whenever we talk. My mother always call them constanly and hardly ever call me. So everytime they come to town I always go there to see them...and they call to let me know they are in town. should
I always go there to see them and why can't they drive my way to see me sometime? what do you think

Who cares about the piddle - why do what they seem to be doing to you? It's not like communication is null and void in your family so start planning something that includes the whole family.

& it kind of them to call you & let you know that they're in town so go see them whenever you want

when she calls tell her that you would like to have them over to your house for lunch or something.then as everyone is talking ask her why she doesnt call you much? let her know you would enjoy to have them over and its your turn to be the hostess.
