i am 25 and deffinately not size zero more the opposite lol but the best things come in large packages i am loosing weight but id never want to be that size !
if you really want to loose weight take my advice !
to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !

You shouldn't 'aim' for a certain size. You should find out what is a healthy weight for yourself. I am 5'4 and 134 lbs. I'm a size 6. I lost 100 lbs in 1 year (12 years ago and have kept it off). I am very proud of how I look. I'm 38 years old and I still turn a lot of heads!!

quit attention seeking.
size zero is a UK4...well I'm a UK12 and I'm healthy! I dread to think of the poor health of people who are size 4!!! (Althouth I will acknowledge that some people are naturally that size and perfectly healthy...I'm referring to those who starve themselves)
People come in all shapes and sizes, and can be healthy. that's the most important thing.
For you to be obsessing (yes I've seen your other question) about size zero means not only are you going to be physically unhealthy, but mentally too.
Have you thought about the damage you'll do to yourself? It might not be evident now but it will be in later life. Just be healthy - who wants the brittle bones, infertility and bad breath caused by eating disorders?!

my girl / friend is a size zero, she is 5'8" and weighs about 8 stone. this sounds quite bad, but she really pulls it off as it's her natural state. eats like a horse too. lol

i am a size zero NOT because i diet but thats just the body God gave me. I am sick and tired sayin that all skinny girls starve themselves. everyone is different - some people are big naturally some are small naturally and others just plain stupidly starve themselves.
