I don't see why it would, they did not start the First World War, they did start the Second World War (in Europe).
WW1 was started by Russia, whom prevented an isolated Austro-Hungarian/Serbian conflict from remaining isolated. Yes, Germany attacked France and Belgium AFTER Russia declared war on the Dual Alliance (Italy knew they would remain neutral at first). Then everything cascaded from there.
The Germans and Hungarians were both forced to sign "War-Guilt" clauses i their respective treaties (Versailles and Trianon respectively). Germany had to sign as the primary victors (France, Britain, and the United States) mainly fought Germany. Hungary was seen as the successor of Austria-Hungary and was also forced to sign the clause.

Im not sure why you say "again". The first world war started in Sarejavo and the second started in 1931 with the japanese invasion of manchuria. We just focus on the European war for ethnic reasons.

If you believe in Bibical prophecy, then yes... the next world war WILL start in Europe. But I wouldn't be suprised if the catalyst was the Middle East and terrorism.

There will not be a 3rd World War, any more than a 4th Reich. There is too much economic inter-dependance.

i doubt that. the US has a large base in Germany and a large presence in Europe. so i guess they could start it, but it would end pretty quick. and anyway Germany seems pretty content with the government they have now.

no way, i am an american living in germany, and these people have no balls for any conflict, hell they wont even fight for a normal wage in their jobs. there is no chance in hell that they would or could start another war.
