Fact from fiction, truth from diction. Neither one of those. What 1st get my eye is if she is wearing heels(tall ones, short ones are not noticed). Then if she has a great set of legs to go with the heels. Can't see the legs, the interest drops 70% then if she has a slender middle and tight tummy to go with the heels and legs. If all is good from there, if she has long hair to the mid back, or longer. then if it is dark in colour and straight. Then her eyes. then how much war paint she has spackled on her face. If little or none, I am interested.

Honestly, there always has to be a physical attraction first. Men who don't acknowledge that fact are dishonest with themselves. Its after the "physical attraction" that you see whether there's more substance to a girl.
Personally, I have to be just as attracted to a woman's personality as I am to her. By personality, they may have the worst personality ever, but if there's chemistry then our personalities no matter how quirky, just work. You just make sense together.
Her smile, shy glances, accidental touch don't hurt. My number one thing is getting lost in a woman's eyes. Sometimes, you just look and know there's no where else you'd rather be. =)

Seeing as looks capture attention before you even know what their personality is like... probably the way they dress and their hygiene.
