They're not stewardesses, they're "flight attendants."
It all depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for young flight attendants, you'd be better off trying an airline that is NOT one of the "Big Six" (American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United, US Airways).
Ones to try are: JetBlue, Southwest, etc.
The reason for this? The Big Six are still using the same flight attendants they've been using for the past 20-30 years.

Your question is REALLY dated you know - I already answered such similar question not too long ago. And I will pass on the same answer onto you.
First: Flight attendants are there for your safety; these are professionals who had to undergo a rather hefty training. And believe me; should you ever be part of an emergency on a flight. you REALLY wouldnot care if the flight attendants are hot or not. The ONLY thing you want from them is to get you outta there within 30 seconds and ALIVE...
Second: the "travelling" has changed throughout the years; the 'glamour' part of the job is actually long gone (eventhough it is a really great job) - passengers have changed as well. Believe me not all of them are well behaved/polite/respectful and kind... Very few make jokes - not many are thankful.
I am working (and yes I AM one of those older flight attendants) on internation longhaul flights and you would be surprised the things we have to deal with (and I am not speaking of the ones who puke/get sick and so on). I am talking about the obnocious ones who treat us like servants and cannot even give you a thank you.
Also the ones who believe that booze makes them more charming.... I do not even wann aget there....!
Finally: guess what? We DO give passengers points as well and honestly? You do not wanna know the scores we give them..
So I can only give you the following advice: be polite/courteousand respectful and we will do the same to you.: as what you give is what you get!

It depends what your preferences are. I think the experiences Ive just had with the attendants on Untied were great.
To look at, I'll take JAL anytime. But its a matter of personal taste...
Regardless, your gonna get more smiles, if you're polite, and not a pain. After all, they are working!!

Are you aware Hooters had an airline? It stopped flying a few months ago I believe. I like the ladies from Southwest. They're not as uptight as some others, telling jokes, etc

It depends on what type of women you are into. All the Asian carriers use young and beautiful flight attendants. They are selected by meeting certain requirements such as height and weight. They are also single.
When I was in Toronto, I saw a lot of Air Canada flight attendants whom were extremely attractive.

Nope, no longer sensible, you're putting your self up for important PR nightmares if something is going incorrect or the employer is mismanaged. I.e. Mikehok is crammed with hotair. Or much less hotair and extra professionalism..and so on and so on. you get my element.
