i think the vietnamese have the right to be. As a Zionist Communist I supported the North Vietnamese state, but i would hope that no americans or vietnamese would be bitter with each other now.

It's funny that you call the U.S imperialist when you most likely don't Know what the word means. The U.S. was brought in to that war through a treaty called CPAC it was signed by a Democrat Congress and a Democrat President after WW2. But the public schools won't tell you that or even the news media. We were there during a Republican President as advisors. We got hot and into Viet Nam when LBJ became President. We wouldn't have been there as long we were if LBJ and Robert Mcnemara would our troops fight the way they could have. Haveing a war over seas should be not be ran by the President or his Secratary of State here in Washington D.C. Agressors we were not. The imperialist are the ones that came in after we left. They kill all the people that helped the US no matter their age or sex. They killed whole villages just because they did not like Communism.

I guess not. Look at all the business deals they've been getting from their former "imperialist aggressors". Sure the aggression caused a lot of destruction but it united the people, brought out their best and in the end who won?

Not the big Vietnamese community in my area. BUT, I seldom SELDOM see a Vietnamese married to a white or black person. They always marry within the community. I thought they like their own customs and all but it may be deeper than that. But we are all friendly to each other.

i thought the vietnamese kicked french colonials to the curb, then US had to come to save french's faces while try to contain communisim, but also got a swift kick in the crutch
