I am assuming that you took prescription medication that was given to you by a medical professional that was either given in the wrong dosage or there was a mix up with the prescriptions and that you received the wrong one. If this is the case, then you should really contact an attorney and discuss with them what the appropriate monetary compensation should be from the company. However, if you knowingly took medication that was not prescribed to you, then you would have no right to ask for any amount of money.

I suppose I'd ask for the total cost of my medical bills and the cost of the original perscription and any time missed at work.
But, how did you not know what medication you were taking? When I pick up perscriptions, I read the bottle very carefully to make sure I got the right thing.

Look through your phone book for a lawyer who practices expressly in accident cases. Long term effects or not.
Deal with the company president yourself and you'll get screwed in the end.
You need a lawyer.

Did the dr. give you the wrong prescription? If so i think that would be worth close to a million dollars. That is very serious.

Ask for enough to go on vacation with your child so you can enjoy life cause you need a break. Don't ask for too much but I know I would, because it was almost your life.

well to be honest it is illegal to take someone else's prescription but I would talk to a lawyer. Did someone give it to you and you thought it was something else? you can sue that person too.

you were given someone elses drugs from the pharmacy? if so, i would get an attorney and take it to court...you could have your attorney paid for by the settlement...wouldnt cost you anythig to hire one, at least give it a shot. never know what you wouuld be entitled to
