I love my dog but I really want to something speicail with her to let her know I love her. Any suggestions?

Any activity with your dog is a good one. Take her on a hike or even just a walk. Take her swimming or some other outdoor activity and she will have a blast.

Obedience training! Absolutely.
A well-trained dog is a joy to be around. An ill-trained dog is a pain in the neck.
Obedience is a great fun sport unto itself - where people are not so much competing against you - as with you. And who wouldn't want to be around a hall filled with well trained loving doggies?
Not only that - but obedience is the basis of every other sport/activity - fly ball, agility, therapy, or just plain pet - all depend on obedience training.
Obedience training - Yep. Other than spay/neuter, I cannot think of a better thing to do with/for your pet.

take your dog for a walk ,toss a frizzbe.throw a ball any time you spend with your dog is rewarding to them they don't ask for much just petting them is fine with them if you do something all the time they will know you love them

I have found dogs love it when you enter their world by getting down to their level on all fours and play.....

I take mine to the Chickamauga Battlefield (civil war battlefield I live by). It's huge and she loves exploring all those scents and trails! It's bliss for her and good exercise for me as well.

Go for a ride, play fetch, rub her belly, go for a walk, play chase, give her treats, brush her, play tug of war
