you haven't really said what's wrong with you but I'm sure that you are no way near as bad as you look. I know that you'll probably say, well, that's easy for her to say, she's never met me, but trust me. People are so critical about themselves that they tend to overlook all the amazing things about themselves. I used to get so paranoid about the fact that I have a mole on the side of my nose that I would overlook the fact that my eyes are pretty (for example). I would advise you to sit down, look in the mirror and make a list of things that are good about yourself. Don't say that you don't have any because I don't believe that is true for anyone. Sit down and find at least ten good things about yourself, and try and bear those in mind. You don't need someone to cut up your body, and shove plastic in it to make yourself feel better! It sounds like you have quite low self-esteem, so it might be the case that even if you did have plastic surgery, you would find yourself in exactly the same position of not liking the way you look, and you would have made a very expensive mistake. Nothing is ever as bad as it seems darling, best of luck x

The only time cosmetic surgery should be used is when people are either born with a defect or have had an accident and it is used to repair the damage, not for someone who thinks their nose is the wrong shape or their boobs are too small or they want rubber lips.
You shouldn't mess with your body. It's dangerous. Complications could develope during surgery and you may not wake up. Would that really be worth it just to have a pound of fat sucked from your belly?

That would really depend on what type of problem you think you have. There are tons of websites and magazines that help you cover up what you don't want to show or easy and cheaper ways of fixing your problems. If you really end up deciding that cosmetic surgery is the only way to fix the problem, I'd suggest going to England or France to get the work done since they have Universal Health Care and you won't be in debt or owe any money at all, haha.

You are not specific about what is wrong?
In some cases cosmetic surgery can bring lasting peace but I caution moderation. Be sure it is what you want before you do it and don't do more than is necessary.
It is expensive and some people never feel happy with the way they look but in most cases people can have a good life no matter how they look.
Remember cosmetic surgery can go wrong, investigate carefully and check on what happens if that happens.

You need to logically consider 3 important questions before thinking about surgery
1. Why are you unhappy with the way you look?
2. Realistically, will cosmetic make any difference to your answer from question 1?
3. Have you ever discussed your unhappiness with your GP? If not, then do so

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. That boosts your metabolism and increases natural ephadrine, the hormone in which burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition from Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon as part of your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 %!

It depends on whats wrong with you.
I had a breast reduction which dramatically changed my life for the better. I would recommend you talk to someone who has had done what you are after and weigh up the pros and cons of it. Every surgery has risks, but sometimes the benefits far outweigh the risks.
Its your call at the end of the day.
Good Luck.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a skipping rope, skip for two units, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push nearly something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a rapid, effective workout that will improve results than a long manage or swim.

Go bland. Plain, straightforward, unseasoned food such as smoked chicken, plain rice and a naked baked potato are nutritious however your palette will tire of these quickly, unlike salty moreish highly processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling around the pounds.
