MY first thought when I hear common sense is our ability to assess and distribute our own thoughts rationally.

It is something everyone SHOULD share, (some people don't have it) It is what your insides tell you is right... (cannot be learned in class or from a book)
It is how we live a good life, how we treat people the right way, how we stay out of trouble, it is the SMARTS we are born with.... hopefully!
