It's a great idea if you want to lose weight. People don't realize how much fat is in meat. I don't like the idea of becoming entirely vegetarian though. Protein is a must have, but making good protein shakes is pretty expensive. I would never kick fish out of a diet either, since it has the healthiest fats. If you want to become entirely vegetarian, make sure you're taking other vitamin supplements as well.
