a big partY is coming up & i want to know how i can lose up to say 10kg in like 10 days! plz someone give me some diet!! im 15! XXXX

Cut out all carbs, eat lean protein and healthy fats, supplement with vitamins and fiber, eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day, you will not lose 10 kg but you will lose weight quicker than any other diet. This is basically what bodybuilders do to get super lean before a contest.

EASY, im 14 and i lost abotu 13 pounds in that time. ok, you can't eat any junk, do a lot of crunches, run almost every day, buy these "South BEach Diet BArs", eat thosae when you are hungery for a snack, eat lots of vegetables and friut, get outside every day adn play, DONT OVEREAT! that is sooo inportant, if you think your full dont eat anymore. If do want dessert or something, you can have serbret, and 1 choclate a day is healthy (but dont go overboard). ALso, I want you to no to never starve yourself or you will NEVER lose weight ( i no that sounds strange but its true. The most inportant thing to do is eat when ever your hungery. GOOD LUCK!

you can't lose that much weight in that short a time. you can only safely lose maybe 5 pounds in 10 days if you have a lot of water weight. maybe a bit more. eat healthy and exercise to lose weight safely. you probably are fine, but are nervous about the way you look. relax and enjoy yourself. your friends like you for who you are, not how you look.

Simple. Reduce your carbs and sugar. Increase your protein intake and cut your present food portions in half. There's no science to losing weight, just will power.

You want to lose 22 lbs in 10 days? Won't happen. It took you longer to put it on...why do you expect different in taking it off.? Change your habits in eating and in activity.

its not possible unless you starve yourself which i dont recommend.try to eat healthy cut out all the junk,no fizzy drinks,eat less carbs,no chips,burgers,currys etc. and walk everyday for an hour.this should help you some what,you will probably lose afew pounds,its not nearly as easy to lose weight
as it is to put it on.goodluck

Eat 4 times a day and very lite everytime so your metabolism will be running alot. also jogging is the only way to lose fast.

iv seen soo many questions like this and all I would desire to assert is dont wrry!! Dont you will desire to be a sort and dont eat for days and days reason u can eat u purely would desire to observe how plenty u r eatin!!!!!!! additionally u would desire to exercising whether its purely throughout classified ads of ur fav. television shows yet u choose for to attempt to get 20-30 min. an afternoon! i wish i helped reason i recognize those words helped me i lost 15 lbs. in under a month!! stable success = )
