what foods are recommended to eat after getting your wisdom teeth out?

Just did that about a month ago.Ice cream mashed potatoes,soup,mac and cheese ,yogurt,pasta of any kind,jello.Just any soft food is ok but the next 2 days U will be getting to where U can eat more solids.Good Luck!

Soft and mushy, like pasta, mashed potatoes, soup. I did this, recently, it was almost a week before I was able to eat solid foods. Some people heal faster, differently than others. You'll figure it out.

Anything soft (no chewing). I like yogurt and I ate lemon flavored yogurt the day after I had my wisdom teeth out.

wow well the medication i was on after getting my wisdom teeth pulled had me sleep all the time so i barely ate but um...apple sauce is good make sure u drink gatorade even if u dont like it because you're gonna lose alot from not eating like u normally do i would say not to eat pasta but to each his own i also had cambells tomato soup...

I had mine removed about six months ago.These foods worked for me .
A variety of soups .
Really Soft Pasta or rice

mashed potatoes, popsicles, soup, pudding, jello

be sure not to smoke or drink through a straw. my sister got dry sockets which she said was very painful.
