Try acetone, like in regular nail polish remover. It will damage lacquered or painted finishes, but should be safe on glass.

I'm afraid that super glue doesn't come off...I've seen this MANY MANY times in the office where I work. A patient breaks their glasses, so instead of bringing them in to have them fixed right, they super glue them (or try). Seems like it should work, right?

Not usually...they always wind up with glue all over the lenses and its about impossible to remove. You can try some acetone nail polish remover (not PURE acetone, which will ruin the lenses and the frame) but depending on the material of your lenses, the acetone in the remover might crack your lenses.

Lesson learned - NO SUPER GLUE ON YOUR GLASSES!!!

Do not do anything else until you call your optical. Ask if the lenses are CR 39 and if they have AR coating.

If they are CR39 with no AR, you CAN use straight acetone on them. Acetone and fingernail polish remover will damage polycarbonate and hi-index lenses. They will become hazy and must be replaced.

Many opticals have a bottle of really buff cleaner that is acetone-free in the back office. Ours is called ALL OFF. It will take superglue off, but it takes a lot of patience.

Try gasoline. I always use gasoline when trying to remove stuff from glass always seems to work for me. The smell doesn't stick much to glass so just wash it with some soap and water after wards and it should go away, if it doesn't give it a couple days the stench should subside.

take them in to a glasses place and ask them to help, especially if the glue is on the lenses. Any of the products mentioned in other answers can eat the coatings off your lenses and leave them cloudy.

Is it on the lens? That might be hard cause you don't wanna scratch it. Try finger nail polish remover or pure acetone. If you are real careful, you can try hot water and a razor blade.
