If the fight goes past six rounds then I think it would favor Williams. Even if it was before six rounds, Williams is very lengthy in height and reach and if he uses his jab effectively, then he could make things rough for the much shorter Judah.
Yeah, I'm sticking with Williams as my pick.

Zab Judah is officiallu a shot fighter. He couldn't survive Miguel Cotto and he cannot survive another up-and-coming prospect such as undefeated Paul Williams. I expect this fight to be competitive for the first 5 rounds until Judah's tank runs out on him again. Judah is not good in managing his stamina. I think Williams will put pressure on Zab starting in the middle rounds. Judah wil buckle and I think the pressure would be too much for him. I see Williams landing hard combinations and penetrating Zab's porous defense. Williams will land hard left hands onto Zab'a body and eventually, Zab's body will give in before the 10th.

Did you see what happened to Zab against Cotto? This will be worst! Williams does have exceptional power, got great size of course, he knows how to use his jab and use it with authority and he is young but a smart fighter. Zab is a good fighter don't get me wrong but unlike Cotto, Williams will use his jab from start to finish and eventually KO Zab in the later rounds. Williams is going to destroy the face of Zab and send him to the hospital for some stitches. If this fight was to happen this would be Zab's last fight as a pro.

Zab's speed may bother Williams for a few rounds but Zab seems to go down hill in the later rounds. I think Williams length 6'2" .82" reach, age 25 & southpaw style will give Zab a lot of problems. I would be looking at a 7th round stoppage. Zab wouldn't be able to get inside his reach & may foul him like he did Mayweather when he was getting frustrated.
Williams 7th round KO!!!!

Zab redeemed himself in my eyes against Cotto. He went out like a warrior. That said, I think he is probably finished as a championship contender. Williams long reach will prevent him from landing those hard countershots which would have been his only chance to win. Williams by TKO in 8-9 rounds.
