My sister is taking my kids to see my parents, and no, they don't need a passport. Their flight leaves at 8:20 am and I am planning on getting there two hours prior like always. Any new restrictions have been put in place being the 4th of July and with the bombins in England?

I don't think that they have changed anything as far as restrictions. I would suggest that you get them there in plenty of time as the security lines will probably be extremely long as they are going to be extremely vigilant in their inspections, etc....
Hope this helps and that they have a great trip!
