Actually in my place we used to have cold winter and hot summers that’s why we are not used to of both but as a person I like winters because we can do things to make the cold winters as a party time but how can we stop the sun.

I went out today and caught a bus home. The bus stop is a 20 minute walk from my house. I got off the bus, and the wind hit me like a hell of a lot of tiny little pins. Then I felt a drop on my cheek. A few people drove past in their cars with smirks on their faces. But to be honest, pretty soon I didn't notice because I was staring at the floor shielding my head from rain hammering down on me.

Having said that. I love winter! Warm showers, jumping in puddles, hot chocolate, falling asleep to the sound of rain on your window....the excitement of your dodgy backyard shed flying over the neigbours fence... winter is nice:)

But hey... so is summer. Beaches, tans, pool parties, backyard BBQ's.
Every season has it's ups and downs. I need them all.

I like "fall" or Autumn as you put it because I love the colors of the foliage, the smell of the air, harvest time for apples to make cider.Winters are to harsh on me where I live, they act up my osteoarthritis but I'm not in a way that I can just up and move south for the winter-not yet anyway. A dollar and a dream!!

I like Autumn. The colored leaves, the first cool spell after the hot summer, the sky is usually clearer than other seasons, and the smell of wood smoke from the first fires in the fireplaces of the neighborhood is why.

Summer, hands down. Heat doesn't bother me, love wearing shorts, swimming in the pool. Can't stand to be cold. I pretty much shut down in winter.

I love the warm seasons (spring and summer). But I'm a HUGE college football fan. So the countdown to fall begins in winter.

Go Clemson Tigers!

I just love winters.
There is something of the child in me that loves to play with snow. Since I am a 72 year old grandfather now, I try to show my grandchildren what fun I used to have with snow when I was like them. And afterwards, I thank God for giving us such a beautiful world to live in.

I like them all for different reasons:

winter for the snow (and lack of bugs)
summer for the city's festivals
spring for the blooming flowers
but my absolute favorite is autumn for the changing of the leaves.
