what/how are the pro and cons of using it. How do i get great results?

Nice. Damn I'm envious. I love using the sauna at the end of the workout. Basically try them both and see if you prefer the dry heat or the wet heat. You might decide you prefer one to the other.

There are no real pros and cons. Basically the theory is that it clears the toxins out of your body. Physically it opens your pores and helps purify. After you come out, splash cold water on your face to minimize your pores.

I particularly like it b/c it keeps your muscles warm. After you've worked out and your muscles are overstretched--it allowed them to slowly relax. A recent study says that stretching is more beneficial after a workout--so I recommend stretching in the heat. Also as the muscles are relaxed if you have a sore muscle, use this opportunity to massage it out.

However--it is just heat. It's not going to provide results on its own. Make sure you don't consider the time in the sauna/steam room as time in the "gym". That is additional time at the end of your workout.
