I m suffering from writers cramp , but there is no medicine I had tried all types of medicine through Ayurvedi,Homiopathy,
Yoga . But not cured.And treatment taken through specialist Doctors . Not Improved .

If the problem is in your wrist, try wearing a copper bracelet. Where I used to work, one of my customers saw me rotating my wrist one day (it was stiffening up), the next day he came in with 2 copper bracelets for me to wear. Honestly, I havent had any problems since. They MUST be pure copper tho, there is something in the magnetic properties of copper that helps...
