An independent shop would charge $150. -175. complete.

A word about CV joints. In the long run it takes less time and cost you less if you gave a re-manufactured half shaft installed. That gives you two joints boots and an axle. The mechanic would spend more time removing the bad joint , cleaning everything up and installing and clamping the new boot to the axle. A new half shaft would cost very close to $66.49 at NAPA or Carquest I just priced them for you.

Hyundai axle shafts are very expensive, so if you are the original owner you have coverage on these joints up to 100,000 miles. If you are the second owner, they are covered up to 60,000 miles. (Unless they were damaged by an accident or abuse). You didn't mention whether your car was auto or stick, so I cannot give you an exact, but the right axle for an auto lists for $542. The axle for a stick lists for $389. Labor should be about an hour per side.
