It can be observed only if i look up, but must see very careful to notice. The slightly higher is my left eye, I don't know if I born born that way or it happen later. I wear glasses and sometime I feel there is something like sand or small object in my left eyes, usually happen when during bed time, anyone know something about it, some kind of disease or what?

Everyone has that. I bet that it is on your dominate side. Everyone is shorter on one side, and has a shorter arm and leg, etc. Ring size and everything are smaller on the dominate side, because you exersise it more. It is just slightly. You are normal!!! I wear glasses and the ear on my dominate side is higher. The people at the eye glasses place told me that it was normal, that I was unusual, because I noticed it and asked to have the glasses adjusted that way. The small things in your eye are probably just what I call eye boogars......... sorry, don't know their real name. But the eyes make them while they are keeping dirt out (just like the nose). Ask your doctor next time you see them.

Part of being human- if you took a thin board and placed it in front of your face- like you are cutting your face in half- then looked in a mirror- you wouldn't "match up". Nobody does. But I find mine more exaggerated and especially if I have a sinus problem or a migraine coming on and the right eye bulges.I have to have my eyeglasses adjusted ALL the time.If it is a disease it sure is protracted and chronic- cause I have been this way for a Looooong time.

It's ok! Everyone has imperfections about their face :) Some people have an ear that is higher than the other, some people have an eye that is bigger than the other, some people have uneven sides to their lips, no one is perfect.

As for the sandy feeling in the eye is it possible you are dehydrated? Or maybe you have an eyelash trapped in the tear duct lol

good luck!

To help the feeling of sand in your eyes, purchase some eye drops like Visine or Hypotears and drop them in your eyes.
